The Under Twelve lads got off to a winning start when they travelled to New Ross Town and came away with all three points after an excellent performance. Two goals from Stephen O Toole and one from Robert McCrea had Tombrack always in control and although we did concede one goal, manager Bob Newe was delighted with the overall attitude from his team. Pauric Guinan made his debut at right back and put in a confident display

The Under Fourteen Boys bounced back from their opening day defeat with a confident display in Wexford Celtic coming away 5-2 winners. Conor Salt enjoyed a great day in front of goal by scoring a hat trick with Rashid Yasin and William Kenny also getting their names on the scoresheet
